In case you didnt know, Isaac Hays left the part of Chef on south park, a fewdays ago because they made fun of Scientology. The Creators of south park, Killed off Chef.

Why, Why, Why did Isaac Hayes have to leave?! I wish he could have just over looked the relegious blaspheming. I hope he'll come back later.

I heard yesterday while watching the South Park Movie.

He was my favorite character, I'm gonna miss him...

Heard that too from one of my friends... why?!?!?!?! He was one of my favs... at least the SALTY CHOCOLATE BALLS will remain with us forever :D

The episode tonight certainly looked like it was thrown together in 6 days. Wasn't very funny, and what's with "Darth Chef"?

Still, love that show and of course "Team America"

I think it was supposed to be more epic than comedic.

I really never thought I'd see Chef's disembodied self.

I think they'll have Darth Chef in some other crappy episodes.

The latest news says that Isaac Hayes isn't quiting (I saw it on msn or something). So we'll have to wait and see.
A gun rack... a gun rack. I don't even own *a* gun, let alone many guns that would necessitate an entire rack. What am I gonna do... with a gun rack?

Nope according to this he's leaving. There are other articles on digg about the same thing, here.

And I'm thinking that if they have Darth Chef they're leaving the story open for Chef's triuphent return, or at least a redention scene like in Return of the Jedi, with Darth Vader saving Luke and killing Palpatine.
