PS1 mods?

Includes but not limited to: SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Game Gear and I guess the Virtual Boy.

Many have done the PSone, but what of the PS1? I have on sitting around with nothing to do with it, is it even worth a portable? opinions, I NEED OPINIONS!

YES portable it up......Portable ps ones are my favorite of all portables.....Well exept n64 :D

Go fer it, it's what Imma try. The PSX's Mainboard PCB isn't TOO huge, and it has some simple voltages to work off of. I sampled (FREE, yo) an LM1777 3.3v Low-Dropout Regulator from Linear to get a workable voltage for the 3.5v input.

Still waiting for the part, though. Some day...Some day.
