72 pin question

How big is the 72 pin cartrige slot on the NES? Dimentions, please

The big one that is already on the NES is 3 cm long, 14 cm wide, and 3 cm tall. You can either cut the top part off of that, or buy a new 72 pin connector for about $5. The new 72 pin is about 1 cm long, 11.4 cm wide, and 2.8 cm tall.
