Touch Screen Video iPod - Possible?

Call me crazy, but I think I saw one yesterday. There was this guy on the bus controlling something roughly the size of a PSP screen with a stylus-like item. Asking him what it was, he said it was an all around digital media player. I said "is it the new iPod everyones talking about?" and then he ended the conversation with "why am I talking to you, I don't even know you". Maybe theres already a touchscreen video-ipod-mockup-like player that I don't know about, but that makes me think. Really.

Nope, the next iPod is likely another six months away. There are a multitude of video players out there, he could have any one of them.

The iPod I doubt will have a touch screen, the screen's are already easily scratched. Jobs needs to resolve that problem before it brings an added problem to the iPod screen. If you think that touch screens don't get scratched just look at some DS or PDA screens, they really get worn on.
