I'd get a decent sized board, then double up a case. it would be a little longer than a real nes but you could get away with it on the tv stand. the old junk machine forums had a thing on some one using a realy decent job now some wares a long search would revel. Though a mini Atx would be fine for roms dvds and Mp3s
