Ya, i'm about 110lb and 5ft 4in (I think) and I'm 14.
Anyways, I don't want to make this thread anymore off topic, so I think I'll have to actually contribute to this thread.
Well, I would just sell it, but if you really want to do something with it then you can try... fixing it? Seems like a waste to ruin a wiimote that can possibly work again. As for getting out the triwing screws, you can just do what i did for my GBC: use a small flathead screwdriver (from one of those little kits), put it in one of the wings and turn. Don't forget to use a lot of pressure. On larger screws like in the GCN controller, you can use a phillips screwdriver (push REALLY hard, like as hard as you possibly can). One of these methods should work, I don't actually know how big the screws in the wiimote are.
There's probably just something that might of broken off from the inside, such as a wire or battery contact. Does anything rattle inside when you shake it?
