2nd time wiring the cart slot...doesnt work

Are you sure about that? From what I can trace it looks like he wired it up in the right direction (just flipped the wires since he wired to the back). Have you scrapped in between the solder points and checked the shielding solder points to make sure there aren't any shorts?

Also, I have a modded n64 board that I might be selling if you can't get this one to work, the slot isn't wired so far away though.

if someone could make me one and sell it, that'd be pretty cool, because for some reason, this is the one thing giving me a lot of trouble.

I think i did it right, i reversed the wires because i put it through the back.

when you wire it from the top all of the pins correspond correctly like in my crappy thing above. but when you wire it the way you did or i think you did, pin number 1 of the mobo ends up going to pin 9 instead of the correct pin, or pin one row one ends up at pin one row 2 depending on which way you have the cart turned
