ok....you do NOT put the videos in a "VIDEO" folder....it goes like this:

PSP -> MP_ROOT -> 100MNV01

put your mp4 files in there and they'll work ;)
Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!
