i know it would probably be more expensive and the case might be strange due to the shape of the screen. but why not make a pcp from an old laptop. remove the case, keyboard and screen, and then reconnect the screen facing the other way around.so its more like a tablet computer.

add buttons to the case somewhere, and you have a nice sized pcp which has all the bells and whistles of a modern computer.

Here's PCP Mach2 as of a yesterday. You can see the external hdd in the background- it has the red LED indicator. The Epia TC10000 is sitting in plain sight. Further in the background you can see my main PC.

EDIT: just testing image, please hold

Here's my thumb;

Another pointless shot of the screen;

At this point, the hdd decided to give me insurmountable amounts of trouble, so I tore open the external case and plugged the hdd right into the motherboard with a left-over half-burnt IDE adapter.

Now, I've decided that weekday nights are just not a very good time to work on this project. I'll have to wait until the weekend if I want to get anything done. :wink:

EDIT: BTW, I did get win98 running, and it is FAST. The computer completely boots into the OS in 6-10 seconds!

I'll even boot GTAvice city on a compact flash card if i have to. I doubt though that the Nano will run a game like that. to bad.
