Oops sorry the black wire on the intec screen pad is V-.

also, it seems like I will need to re-insert the famicon connector. Does anyone know a decent way to remove some of the glue from on top of where the famicon connector should go? Thanks.

Hi guys,

Do you guys mind taking alook at this picture and letting me know if this appears right? Also I'm not 100% sure what to connect the red wire from my battery compartment to. Thanks, I can't wait to test this & see if my unit works.

Here is what I would do.

Except, I don't know if the Intec has a regulator on the adjust board. If it does I don't know the output voltage. Anyone know? Also, does anyone know the tolerance a NOAC has for diffrent voltages?

you have to bypass the 7808 on the intec screen if you are using lower than 8volts or something like that
and try atkas diagram it should work
o yeah and do you have the 60 pin connector with the cart attached

I've got some a little pcb with the games on it that plugs into the famicon connector kind of like a cartridge. Are you saying that my AA's won't power my screen / noac? I figured they would from the following web site:

they will power a hip gear and NOAC, but you just need to bypass the 7808 for that to work.

Guys,

I think I screwed up this project. I removed the adjust board, but then I realized I have no idea what on the lcd control board to attach the now homless wires from the screen pad. Also I wasn't sure which end of the pink or white wire to remove from the screen pad to connect to the - / + of the battery connector. Is all hope lost? Please help, SOS.

(I think I got a bit overconfident with my recent Psone endeavors)

Don't fret! Thats why we're here! At least me. Anyway, the pink wire is the first one on the left hand side on the bottom row of holes(in refrence to the picture). Also, the video wire goes into the third from the left on the top row.

So do I desolder the pink wire from where it is currently (on the top area of the lcd board) and move it to the left hand side on the bottom row of holes? I think this is what is really confusing me. Or do I put a new wire onto where the pink wire is already & then connect that to the left hand side of the bottom row of holes? Thanks so much.

I think you're overcomplicating it. All you need to do is put wires back, but you can omit some wires. You need to put a wire back to where the pink wire was, and one where the one next to it was. Looking at the pins the way you have the picture you should see this. Note that none of them are colored, but that is explained in a minute.

This is what it should look like if it was written so I wrote: OOOOOOOO
OOOOOOOO

Now connect a wire to pink (input voltage), a wire to yellow (video), and a wire to brown also make sure to connect this pin to the adjacent one (ground). This way it properly grounds the video. I drew up a rough (okay very rough) diagram of what the wiring should be like.

Note one of the wires has no connection, and that is because there is no audio without the audio amp.

Ok, Ok I'll take one step back from the ledge.

I think my major brain meltdown was due to when you said "Pink" wire I was thinking about the pink wire that conencts to the LCD. Not the left most spot on the bottom row. I've now got most of the wires connected. I'm just not exactly sure what the Pink wire connects to (It almost looks like it also connects to input voltage) or the Ground next to it.
