does anyone have pictures of the PSone modded with white LEDs? i want to have any idea of the clarity of the screen

look around almost everyportable has led modded
check in my GCp completion thread and gamelvers GCp 1.5 and i know there are some shots of gameplay
also www.portablesystems.net has some pics
the flash kinda messed it up but it looks pretty good i think

Is that a 3 or a 4 LED mod there, Turbo? It looks really nice, whatever it is. Hardly any difference in the uniformity of light throughout the screen like is common in some

yeah in brighter games the effects of the LED mod are almost unoticable, but in darker games(depending on the angle) you start notice some effects(i see it a lot in the first level of TMNT 4(SNES) and part of the second, when moving around). Maybe it did it wrong, or had poor LED's, just depends on if you really need the save on power and how much of a stickler you are for screen qaulity.

thats 3 with foil behind the screen yeah in some dark games you need to put the brightness up but you can just put a switchb in for the brightness mod and thats even better
