Probably less are known of now. I wouldnt be surprised if under 50 of them are actually known of enough to know what they are.

www.pixelspast.com and atariage can make homebrew carts for you, complete with replica boxes and labels, and in original carts if you want to shell out the $$$$$$$ for it.
