Sure it's possible but you would need a lot of them as they only have 500 milli amps a piece...

most ds/micro/sp batteries are about 3.6-4v.. I think.. and have about 500-750mAh MAX.. the cube needs 12v and i think it drains about 1500mAh.. ud need, like, 8 to get the thing going.. ur better off going with AAs then them..

4 of them in series would ;)...and you only MIGHT get an hour of battery life on them ;)
Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!

This reminds me:
Gamelver had cut down the amp useage on the psone screen a little bit ago, did this work? I'm wondering how the DS stays on so long on such a "weak" battery and 2 backlights?

well, the backlights probably dont consume too much power (small screens) and nintendo's always designed their portables for low power consumption....or maybe it's just magic :P

hey, you could use 4 datel x2 batteries in series (and spend a ton of money) or find a cheaper double capacity psp battery. I think there's one on success-hk
