i dont think you are gonna get a guide anytime soon from anyone, sorry

you will need a GC
psone screen
a 12 volt or higher battery
7808 regulator for the screen
one or two controllor depending on your design
and much more
yes it can connect to the tv and the psone screen

you will also need a soldering iron
solder
IDE wire
some kind of case
expect to spend 150-250
when life gives you lemons make flux

the guts didnt take to long i'd say i had the thing running on a psone screen and batteries with the controllor in about a month with all the great info in gamelvers gcp thread the case took me awhile though its about 10x6 about 2 inches thick a little less

*sigh*, I really should just actually write up the guide....I mean, I know it all by heart, every single step...but I've been busy all morning and I've got a lot of homework for over the weekend, so right now I'm just going to rest....perhaps tomorrow, if I finish my homework today, I can at least write it out :)
