Best Hotel You've ever stayed at
hey you guys, I was just wondering what was the best (to your standards) hotel/motel you've stayed at, i've been to a few mostly motels, but the nicest one was the Geiser Grand Hotel
the only part that sucked was it didn't have all my tv shows, or any lodgenet type thing, AND NO DANG MINI FRIDGE!!!!!
so, what's your best experience?
I'm looking forward to eventually stay at that hotel where that kid was doing the commercials, oh yea Embassy Suites!
it's sort of like a apartment but it's a hotel room right? has anyone stayed here?

I think a better way to put this is "have you ever stayed at a movie hotel"
By this I mean, you know, it has all sorts of furniture, a hot tub, a full bar, etc. Like in Superman 2 or Pretty woman. Or any show/movie involving Las Vegas. A "high roller" suite.
For normal hotels if you have a fridge, mini-bar and coffee maker that's about as high-tech as it gets.
How about the WORST hotel/motel you've ever stayed at? I certainly know mine! (hint: in Wisconsin Dells)

The best one i've stayed at one hotel in Quebec City. It had the most amazing pool i've ever seen, it had a glass roof, 20ft tall palm trees and other plants around the deck, marble floors the 4 walls around it were lined with iron balconys that overlooked the pool. I was there on a school trip and stayed a week, we got the disabled room so our bathroom was almost as large as the bedroom. Can't remember the name for the life of me tho.
A place called Guest Quarters, but now I think its a Holiday Inn. Anyways the rooms were rather good, you have the front thats more like a living room and most if not all the couches were pull out, also had a tv. Between there and the bedroom was a small kitchenett, which ment you have frig and range. The bedroom was standard with a tv.
We'd stay there for 30th of December with the families of my parents friends. We made best use of the fact it was 8 floors, and really a big cylindar. So in other words we played what we called "elevator tag".

Some of the better ones I remember:
Outrigger Waikiki on the beach
Grand Hinckley Inn <- Awesome hotel for the money
The Raddison Barcelo in Washington, DC is pretty good, too. Yeah, I've been around
Oh yeah, Avoid the president's view hotel near mount rushmore. The room wasn't that great (didn't even have a clock, I believe) and their main attraction, the view of Mount Rushmore, was way out of proportion. It was so far away, we actually had to look for it. My mom saw it first, but didn't even think it was it

Arizona biltmore, oh man that place is awsome, It has 8 pools one with a swim up bar. I ate a burger while sitting in the pool. Every president has stayed there. I saw it on the travel channel a few times too.

At Asia, when I was at India for my parent's business meeting (my dad runs a seafood corp), the Sheraton was freaking awesome. I got royal service, FOR 45 dollars. 45 bucks is like 900 rupees. So great, it had a PSX on the TV for free, and a luxury bed. Freaking awesome weekend
. All for 45-100 bucks.

I have spent a couple weeks at the Hotel De La Montagne in Montreal, this place is awesome! Had a super nice restaurant, 3 bars, and night club (plus it was right in the heart of downtown Montreal, which is a nice tourist spot). My room had 2 bathrooms in it! It was pretty expensive though, but luckily for me it was a business trip.
