And hey, if you don't get a reply- print the letter, tie it to a brick, and throw it through one of his windows. Even if he still doesn't read it, he'll still get the message.

GET IT? HAHAHAHA!!
hmmm...

"I'm awesome!"

Well if you make it necessary for the parents to buy the game then you can hold them resoposible. They know about the game and so they should know whether or not to let their kid to play it. Ofcourse this is the stance of that one orginization that Thompson was quoting. Getting the parents involved one way or another will start the awarness.

now *that* would be illegal.
No, it isn't.
Jack Thompson typically resides in Florida, which requires the consent of all parties involved with the phone conversation.

Except you missed
There also was a case law decision from many years ago (the 1950's) that went to the Supreme Court and affirmed that the federal law does not supersede state authority/statutes unless the call or the tap crosses state lines
so it's not illegal if you call from outside of florida ;)

Who cares? As long as he has a case, does it really matter? Granted, my parents wouldn't be happy if someone sued me for something, but they would probably be ok if I won.

Well as far as I know the info about Thompson is correct that is posted on VGcats.com. You can find a link right to the page from one of the recent news posts on penny-arcade.com.

I did some searching Luc probably has all of the info I emailed him. But I also got his work address and I have been to multiple sites to check the validity I seems to be correct he probably gets phone calls and emails and letters all the time so I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't respond but Its worth a try.
