Well if you make it necessary for the parents to buy the game then you can hold them resoposible. They know about the game and so they should know whether or not to let their kid to play it. Ofcourse this is the stance of that one orginization that Thompson was quoting. so it's not illegal if you call from outside of floridaThere also was a case law decision from many years ago (the 1950's) that went to the Supreme Court and affirmed that the federal law does not supersede state authority/statutes unless the call or the tap crosses state lines

I did some searching Luc probably has all of the info I emailed him. But I also got his work address and I have been to multiple sites to check the validity I seems to be correct he probably gets phone calls and emails and letters all the time so I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't respond but Its worth a try.
