Wierd GC controller problem...

Post by Gamelver »

ARGH!!! I officially hate official GC controllers :P...anyway, for whatever reason, the start button has been acting funny....whenever it's left open or whatever, it'll turn off and on repeatedly...I had to tie the start button to ground to get shut the damn thing off...anyway...anyone have any solutions to this stupid little problem?

(btw, I know I could just use a normally closed switch that when pressed opens the circuit...but I'd rather just actually fix the problem rather than get around it ;))

Edit: hmmm....perhaps tying some kind of resistor froum start to ground may fix this.....hmm.....I'm gonna have to screw around with this tomorrow...or later today, rather :P
Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!

I'd say a 10k pulldown resistor would be better :P
