Wear a mini-skirt, and see if he'll pass you. (I dare you! I'd do it if it came to this) Can't you go to a different licensing office and be tested by somebody else?

i got my permit and dad took me somewhere to learn how to drive and hasn't ridden with me since

. i'm actually not that bad, i only drove off the road into a pit once...

Does every state have their own licensing system, or does all of America use the same system?
