quick voltage question

ok lets say I have a circuit running like this

Should i be able to probe in at each resistor, and grab the voltages?
For example....
I=E/R
I=12/25
I=.48A

Lets say R1 is the 11 ohm resistor. And I'm trying to find voltage there.
E=IR
E=.48 x 11
E= 5.28V

So my question is, Can I probe in to this resistor, and use the 5V without disrupting the other voltages in the circuit?
Like lets say I wanted to use the 3.36V from the 7ohm resistors to power the N64, the original 12V to power the other section of the N64, and the 5V line to power something like a hip gear. Would it worK?

Yes. However, the voltage willl fluctuate a LOT! 3.3v may be anywhere from 2.8v to 3.9v - depends on the load. That's why a real regulator is needed.

what about this ciruit? the b attery and resistor and flux ion compacitor are all five volts per ohm

I really dislike flux capacitors. The things are SO sensitive to voltage changes its not even funny! I mean, I put in 4.8 volts: its unhappy. 5.2 volts? Still unhappy. And the damned reactor control software isn't compatable with Windows XP, so how the heck am I supposed to power the thing with A: no thunderstorms and B: no reactor!?
