My best friends uncle (i think) invented vivisimo, the best clustering engine. And made tons of money with a deal with Aol..... But google is still the best.
*singing* People all over the world / join hands/ it's called the quote train / quote train... */singing*

Yeha i never bother with Yahoo or Google, because Yahoo is a directory site whereas Google is a web crawler.

Google's only got about >1% downtime. That's pretty impressive.

I remember one of my classmates kept fumbling with Dogpile.com trying to find information. It took him he entire class period to get even ONE relevant page! :P

And avoid MSN Search at ALL COSTS, it is EXTREMELY biased towards Windows and people who pay Microsoft big bucks. (I searched for "linux", and the top 10 pages [not hits, PAGES!] were about how to uninstall, remove, or otherwise dump Linux in favor of Windows XP. The same search in Google brings up page after page after page of distros, linux.com, linux.org, and all those other sites. Stupid sponsored, biased searches :x)
