does anybody know how to make your own battery charger for a 1600mah 9.6v battery? i have lots of wall converters for a veriety of things, so i could use those maybe.

Well, it really depends on the chemistry of the battery. NiMH and NiCD should be fine just putting a voltage that's ~2V higher than the battery into it through a current limiting resistor.

yeah, its nimh, so i could put like ten or eleven volts to power it?

Make your own charger, there's always fun in making stuff!
