Well, I would have to say another Onimusha wouldn't hurt (I know the producer already called it a trilogy, but hey I have my dreams). Maybe another Devil May Cry (it would be harder than ever), and a good Shinobi sequel (Nightshade doesn't count you weren't even Hotsuma). Metal Gear Solid 4 is already announced, and so is Tekken. Too bad I won't be getting any of the next-gen consoles. Here's to hoping that Sony, and gaming companies continue SOME development on PS2 alongside the PS3 (they did for PSone).

I mostly play just FPS's and PS2 had the worst collection of those ever (controlls always sucked too.). So I can't really think of any FPS sequels I would like sadly.

But these would be cool.
Burnout 5
Star Wars: Battlefront 3
Devil May Cry
Bloody Roar 5 (or 4 or 6, whatever it's up to now..)
Soul Caliber: Talims Quest (hey she deserves her own game! :P )

i'd like a sequal to Legend of Dragoon, but i don't see how that's possible because every villian and a lot of other important characters and stuff died :P

somebody better bring back virtua cop
how about Nights (though the GBA mini-sequel was okay)
tempest 4000
a new Elite, or wing commander privateer (they were about the same game)
any turn-based strategy. x-com, godzilla (gg), tactics ogre, shadow watch...
any 4x strategy. MOO, ascendancy

another grandia would also be nice--and is more likely than any of the other ones.

I also don't know about anybody else, but I'd really like to see a good slot car simulator. Perhaps one with a special controller. Gba also had one of these, but it was pretty bad without analog control

also, I really think there needs to be a Twin Peaks video game. Mr. Lynch, are you listening? survival-horror is big, with a mystery twist...randomly generated... It would be like playing through the last 20 minutes of metal gear solid 2...only a lot longer and actually more confusing.

I had some more that would actually be remakes, but oh well.

Metal Slug - they could make the graphics 3d, but keep it side scrolling. The PS3 would be able to handle so many projectiles on the screen it wouldn't even be funny (especially to play).

Tenchu - the first few (on PSone) were awesome. They didn't make a very good transition to the current generation, but it could make a comeback on the next-generation consoles. Especially since they could write some better AI. It was forgiveable on the PSX, but not on the current consoles.

Any top down, scrolling shooter with some futuristic jets - these used to be the staple of gaming, and now they are a dying breed.

Jet Set Radio - not much to say here, but the Cell Chip should be able to handle some sick cel-shaded action. If I remember correctly even the almighty XBOX had some slow down on JSRF. *Sarcasm* I hate my XBOX!

I know how about a WWII first person shooter! *Sarcasm* How about a thread about the sequels you DON'T want to see.
