Ps1 Screen Fried?

If you're making a portable you probably need something to watch it on. (Unless you want to guess what's happening in the game, but I wouldn't advise that) Anyway, this forum is your "Hacking a pocket TV/screen" one-stop solution. Share your experiences and knowledge here.

Nope they're not polarized, the only way to protect against that in the future is to solder on a diode.

yeah, problems with to much voltage/wattage can most likely be fixed by jumping the fuse

multi tip power adapter for his laptop
Did it have the same voltage or did it just fit? I think you might have killed it, because laptop cords are definitely higher than 7v. They also wouldn't have the porlarity the same as a PSone. + ----o)---- -
Try bypassing the fuse, and if it doesn't work it is surely dead.

I've always heard that word bypassed, exactly how do you bypass a fuse, I don't get it. :(

connect both ends of it: put a blob of solder on it to cennect them or solder a wire to each end
