phpBB 3.0.0 in development with kick*arse* new features

It's got a lot of the features (that I have seen) of vBulletin, with the familiar look and feel of phpBB! Can't wait for it to be stable and avalible for the public to install!

I was simply amazed when I saw it. Some of the most prominent features:
-Links
-Sub-Forums
-"Favorites" list for threads
-Advanvced user CP

They hard-coded some popular mods into it, apparently...

Well I thought it was pretty cool.

I figure eventually if we do ever install it, we could have a "systems" forum, with sub-forums for each console type (ie what we have now for Ataris, Segas, NES, SNES...) And a couple sub-forums under F42 entitled "Reference" (how to solder, how to post pictures...) and "Rules" (duh )

Mind you, PHPBB 3 HAS NOT YET BEEN RELEASED But it looks pretty awesome.

So what do you think?
