Kade, can you please stop replying in this thread? Each time you post, you say either "PS3 is best," or "PSP is best." You dont elaborate, you dont go into real discussion, you just repeat the same thing over and over. Please stop.

man, people sure do like to argue/discuss about current videogame systems
.......I don't know why, but I hate discussing which new system is better or is going to do better or whatever....I just wanna play games, damn it
if I want to buy a new system, I just go through all the magazines (at B&N
) and from the reviews of the games...I choose which to buy
...then, if I can save up the money, I buy the others
...of course, with the PS3, that might not be so easy
...

Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!

The only man that could afford all the sports games for PS3 would be Bill Gates, and obviously he cant go that route.Gamelver wrote:man, people sure do like to argue/discuss about current videogame systems.......I don't know why, but I hate discussing which new system is better or is going to do better or whatever....I just wanna play games, damn it

how come you are picking on me. others are saying that nintendo is better and the only reason you aren't saying anything to them is because you agree with them.soundwave wrote:Kade, can you please stop replying in this thread? I'm not trying to pick on you, but every other post is yours, and they're all the same message. Some of them even went so far as to group Nintendo in with a certain sexual orientation.

Graphics arnt everything. Example: A game that has such good graphics that you can see each individual fabric used to make the characters shirt, Each piece of his hair swaying in the wind and each chunk of snot when he sneezes
but to play the game you just press 1 button repeadetly to make the game do everything for you. Awesome looking? copulate yea! Fun game?: copulate no. Games are about gameplay Castlevania DS is a great example does its graphics rival that of well ummm Mario DS? (i was going to use a good PSP game as an example but there are none) No but it still kicks ass, averages about a '9" on all the reviews and is enticing, and fun to play.

[goggles at stereotype] LOL [/goggles at stereotype]
Technically speaking, the GameCube features a faster cpu, much more ram, and an equivalently capable 3D system when compared to the PS2. What I like about the PS2 is the GIGANTIC quantity of RPG's! (hugs RPG's) My main problem with consoles is: I want all of them! Each one inveriably has an incredibly cool game(s) which I simply MUST have, but buying every console is not economically sound
I must say that I agree about the irrelevance of graphics, sorta. My first Metroid game was Metroid Fusion, and I simply loved it! That classic side-scrolling adventuring...I had never seen such an amazing game before. Almost the moment I turned on Metroid Prime, I was somewhat dissapointed. Despite new and vastly superior hardware, the new 3D incarnation just didn't have the same charm... What I'd Love to see is a 128bit Metroid side-scroller. They could manage some pretty amazing-yet-classy effects with the powerful new hardware, while keeping the gameplay classic!
