Member website affiliate program? Web Ring?

Just a thought:

For those of us with websites, should we all have a table or list or something of "affiliates", which would basically be image links to each others' websites? (maybe 100x33 pixel images?) That way it seems more like an organization.

If we do this, here's my link icon: <img src="http://img351.imageshack.us/img351/341/link2me5zh.gif">

Or maybe we could have a "WebRingP" link which goes to a portablesofdoom page with all the links on it?

Just an idea. I mean since we have a .org organization reference site, shouldn't the sites be linked to as such?

Well the closest to that we have is the website listing at Portablesofdoom.org. Although a webring isnt a bad idea.

Give me an idea of what you want (preferably a quickie MS Paint sketch) and I'll make a link icon sort of like mine for Spongey to add to portablesofdoom.

design may be formatted and optimized for file size

Oh yeah, I still need hosting. MIGHT go with 100webspace, but site redesign is nowhere near complete so it might be a while. But don't worry, it is worth the wait. It's starting to look pretty darned good now. (Tables kick arse compared to frames! And templates? forget about it!
