Have any of you ever had a big test that you weren't ready for, and got out at the last minute?

I was supposed to have a huge calculus test this Friday, and I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing for it. This afternoon, BC teachers voted to go on strike, so my test is cancelled for another week.

Ever been unprepared for a test, and got super lucky at the last minute? Tell us about it.

yeah my real exams. i dont revise. i have a slightly photographic memory and it works best under pressure. I can see text books in my haed and i can hear the definitions in my head. and i see the writeing too just so i dont make spelling mistakes!

lol, that happened on tuesday morning. I was going to have a test in english I totally forgot about, but the english teacher was absent! The next day, he was still absent. I guess that means i'm taking it today.

I can't remember anything quite like that happening, but I do remember something similar. This was a few years ago. I was just wanting to learn HTML, and had a school project. I decided to combine the 2 into one, and make a website. Well, it was a big project, and a lot of the stuff was put off. I worked all day the day before, struggling to even get images working (I really didn't know much

) but finally had it done. I even had to miss most of my brother's birthday party

. The next day, I walked into class. My teacher was sick, and I would have had an extra day, and at least be able to visit with my family at my bro's party.

yay calculus! I've had tests postponed before...but never because of a teacher strike. They almost did it, but then decided not to for some reason. The only reason a test was postponed was because they were too far behind schedule to be able to do what was on the test.

I had a big geometry test today, that was canceled because we had a fire drill. My geometry teacher gives 20 minutes for tests, no matter how long it is, so even though I know the stuff, she doesnt give enough time, even if no one finishes it.

I had a freak'n huge math test today. Im not bad at math, but it was insanly hard. The questions were hard to follow, and it was pages long... And we only had ~40 minutes to finish it. Though luckily, because the entire class got horrible on it, the teacher isnt going to make it worth very much, and we'll probably have a retest.

I can't believe public school teachers are still allowed to breathe my air.
they make more money and perform less work than private school teachers...

someday I'll find a way out of this place...

Actually, he teaches at a local college too, so the tests are just about the same except ours are slightly shorter
