We're going to be adding upgrades soon though (such as a hospital for energy and all).

Here is a game hint.

Go to Cutthroat City - Gangs - View Gang - The Worlds Greatest Gang - Join Gang - Enter Password "Jeffler" then join. We have a free hospital pass =D.
