i'm 6'6" 180Lbs and run arround all the time when i am at work, its dangerous if i work out any more...well no one has told me that but no matter what i cant keep any more weight above 180Lbs, i've been like that since i started middle school, but if i work out any more i'll lose body mass, and i have a hard time keeping it on my arms

Yeah, I've been working out seriously for a good year now...I'm not big but I'm very cut and defined (I'm only 5'4 and weigh 110lbs). I also do xc for cardio so its kinda hard adding more muscle mass until its over. :)

I use to work out a lot. I am getting back into now. Being in shape is such an important thign at my school. We have one of the most fit counties in all the country. Yea I am 6'2'' like 170. So i probably look a lot heaveir then i actually am. I am not wiery and not fat. I have pretty board shoulders just casue i do all of my push-ups with my arms like 1.5 to 2 feet out form my body so it helps like build you out I guess And whoever said ufc. I have a kid on bus that is obssessed with that stuff. Personally I would say go into kick boxing. I am done boxing and kick boxing and sparring. kick boxing is crazy. And so is juuistsu. That tsuff is sweet. I use to do martyial arts like all last year and that tsuff doesnt help as much as it really should. If you want to learn t fight start boxing or sparing or soem of that stuff.

On monday wednesday and friday i work out for 2hr after work doing a lot of different things mostly CV machines and weights in between.

It's going good and the workouts are always different which is good (got a personal/group training thing) now if i could just sort out a diet for myself then id slim down ahell of a lot faster ;)

still i lost 10kg so far still need about 25kgs to lose to be at my ideal weight  if i get the diet right it will fall off like that ;)

but for some weight inbetween workouts i do 10 kg dumbbells and 30kg barbells

and 80kg for leg workouts and thats about it its mostly CV machines then weights inbetween like 2x 25 hammer curl at 10kg etc.

fyi: sculling = rowing with 2 oars
sweeping = rowing with one oar

No offence, but that is retarded. 5 days a week? you know your muscles in your arm need at least MINIMUM 24 hours before working out again. What you are doing now is just tearing your muscles and not rebuilding.

Based on him saying that he said he runs fast, I imagine a good amount of that time is running.

During the summer I did some working out, though considering I was doing roofing it wasnt always necessary. As for really working out I should. I'm doing nothing but school now so I have nothing to do.

Niku-Sama, damn you must be thin. I weigh about 190 lb. and am only 6' 2".

I do this "thing" called "parkour". I hate the name, and what i do colsely resembles it, except im a bit more hardcore. its basically jumping and climbing on and thru stuff. Think of it like batman, spiderman, and jackie chan all thrown into one bastardized system of momements... now add pain. Lots and lots of PAIN. Thats what i do.

"urban freeflow" is the better name for it, use that. i once saw a documentary about it on the discovery channel, the guys were INSANE, one like jumped fifteen feet down, tumpled and did a flip of a wall. awesome...

yeah, but most people in the parkour scene get pissed if you say FLOW. The crap they did in that documantary, jump london, was CRAP! I had some video footage of me doing some training, and people cant believe the moves i pull off. I look like a small non-muscular guy, till i start vaulting over cars. But hey, its fun, and it gives me some kick ass "can chase you down and beat you" skills. And good "i just beat someones ass, now i have to run from cops" skills. And the occasional "Someone cought me breaking into their wireless network and I had to club them with my laptop and run like a whore now" skills.

Another reason i do it instead of just work out with weights is cause medically im not supposed to be able to walk. And here i am flying arround scaffolding like a monkey on crank.

sam: rowing uses your whole body, only sport besides swimming that does. At crew, half of the time is actually in boats, the other half is running, weight training, stretching, abs and back, and erging (erg = ergometer, rowing trainer)
Also, when I said fast I meant I can make the boat move quickly... :P I run quite quick too though.

Edit: Here is the type of rowing I do since mnost of you seem to think it is the traditional arms only rowboat type rowing.

That's was at regionals last year, that's my brother second from right :D 3rd fastest boat in the nation :D They are sweeping.

Sorry for the big image.
