Yeah I work out, about 3 times a week, I got a set in my basement for stuff to do. I am a fairly big guy 5,11 175. I am taking up brazilian jujitsu in a couple weeks. That is going to kick ass, I also might start doing some teen amature ufc.

I'm large enough to scare people off, though not particularly strong. I tried putting weight lifting into my schedule, but it simply doesn't fit my life style, and it opens no doors for me in my professional future.

I'm a small guy (5'10" 106lbs) but I lift weights at home... And split firewood. Swinging a splitter is tough work.

I'm not athletic, but I'm not extremely overweight either. (6', 186 lbs I think...)

I ride my bicycle about 5 or 6 miles every day, and my mouse gets just about that much mileage. :P

Plus there's moving around computer equipment at school... I've had to move 21" monitors from the floor to a table before. One kid almost wrenched his back lifting it (because he bent at the waist and tried to lift it that way ). But if you lift with your knees you won't get hurt as quickly. And you carry the glass of the screen toward you. That helps too.

I think the bag I carry from class to class is about 20 pounds, because it contains my laptop, externah hard drive, a bunch of CDs, papers up the wazoo, and quite a few tools.

But no I don't lift weights or anything like that. Like teraflop, it won't help me in the future a whole lot.

I don't work out, but I'll usually play soccer every day...I usually play in pick-up games and such, so I get a lot of exercise :)

oh, and I bike a bit...
Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!

I just started working out again. I realized I needed to after doing nothing but sitting on the computer all summer, I had lost a lot of my strength that I had from playing basketball. So I've been running, doing pushups, pull ups on trees, crouch jumps, whatever.

5 days a week, 3 hours a day, sometimes something extra on saturdays :D I am a wiry guy, 5'11" or so and 130lbs but I make up for my size with my speed, on of the fastest scullers at my club (top 5)

fyi: sculling = rowing with 2 oars
sweeping = rowing with one oar

i don't work out or exercise because it's good for me or anything but i'm a pretty active guy so i'm faster than most people and stronger than almost anybody but i'm not very big or beefy, just 5'10" 150lbs. i guess it's because i got milk. it's pretty funny 'cause whenever my big brother (6.5' lifts weights) picks i fight with me i always win :P
