hello, I am having a porblem with a certian guest, and I can't seem to find out how to make you register so you can post, can someone tell me how?

in the admin control panel (should be on the bottom) there is an option that gives permissions for things like posting, making polls, editing, etc. change the posting option to registered users only.

there isn't an option, it only wants to know if I want to change a users posting premissions, at the bottom it says user admin

What forums are you using?, and why isnt this in your other thread, about your forum? Because you definatly can block that sort of stuff.
