(Though the polls are closed, I should stick my two cents in...)

I'm not sure if he should be banned or not, but SOME manner of action should be taken.

I was thinking a temp ban of a longer duration, perhaps a cap on his post limit if possible, and a warning in his description not to believe him or that he's on thin ice (like Jack Frost's Sir Spams A Lot description, but not as much of a joke.)

After that if he kept it up, I would be less hesitant to perma-ban. Sorry, HDC, but that's as leniant as I can be right now.
