I wouldn't know if you'd be able to but could you limit his posts to 3 or 4 a day so he conserves them? I know he posts a lot of garbage but he still has questions once and a while, so if he had the ability to post but only enough to ask simple questions, he may reconsider what he writes.
And if one more mishap (eventhough you gave him pleanty of warnings) then you could ban him.

I agree with Reaperman...their can be worse things happening and him posting isn't really much. He does more than the average bear...so what? Everyone makes it sound like he is costing the forums hundreds of dollars. Just ignore him...simple!

I chose to let him stay.

@ Bioniclebert: I had the same thing when I was in Highschool: "Make it a great day, or not! The choice, is YOURS!!!" It was the slogan this cool teacher always said at the end of the morning announcements. His name was Mr. DePietro...a great, and intellegent, English teacher!!! =)

I feel we've been more than lenient with him. From what I've seen, you guys have been telling him since he arrived how to behave here, and he's refused to stop lying and spamming. In my very short stay here, I've been very impressed with the maturity of the members on these forums, something that is hard to accomplish with internet forums, especially when it comes to talking about videogames. Really the only person who has not lived up to these maturity standards is Hot-Dog Cart, with his useless posts about mutilating himself to impress you guys. I don't know, it seems kind of a shame to ban him from here, but he's been continually reminded of how to behave and doesn't seem to get it. Let the banning commence.

Ok I'm poping into set the whole thing about what social struture we have working on this site. For the most part yes it is a dictatorship, and Ben and Gannon have final say. However this is open up the the whole forum as the reason HotDog Cart is being banned isnt as Black and White as the previous bans. He's affected the whole forum, for better or worse its up to the majority to give the final say. Something like an exommunitcation from the early colonial days (pre 1700s).

Thats what I have to say.

i say ban him, he is being to disruptive. also, if he really wants to spam, go on another forum, not one this little and fragile.

We have twice already, though. He keeps saying that he's changed when we temp ban him, but he never does. If nothing else, he has even gotten worse at times.

Something tells me if he gets banned He'll come back anyway. I dont think he should be banned just yet I think If he makes more spam after this poll hes automatically banned no warning no anything he'll know what happened.

The thing is he's gotten numerous warnings, 2 bans, and an excessive amount of flaming in every thread he's started in the last month or so. If he hasn't gotten the hint yet, he never will.

My opinion still stands: BAN
