Well, small letters are normally used when we imitate muttering something under our breath, or are making snide comments, or to write tiny side notes nobody really needs to bother with.

Special uses include "mini-mod" and <i>DISCLAIMERS.</i>

mini small isnt bad, its the smaller small that i dont like
