X-box 360 was going to be called X-Box Revolution(s), But The name Leaked and Nintendo Took it, So Microsoft Channged the Name from X-box Revolution(s) to X-Box 360.
I forget where i read this, I tink i read it in a Video Game Magizine..
This is probably beyond you guys (doubt you listen to oldies) but that song comes to mind: Believe have of what you see and none of what you hear.
Too little is know to the public at the moment about the next generation consoles to say something like that. If I were to guess about a magizine that would make such a stupid comment would be either IGN (I hate them!) or Xbox magizine.
As for the Nintedo Revolution... I think I hate the look of those controllers more then when I saw the GameCube's. Its not eragnomic, it just looks too complicated to properly move your hands around to the other buttons (like the D-pad).

Tell me what you think
Actually, thats wrong.
If you have the August issue of Official Xbox Magazine, please turn to the biast article about the 360.
Nintendo might change the name REVOLUTION could just be a codename. If you notice the most recent pictures of the console do not have the Revolution name on them. The Gamecube was originally Project Dolphin I believe. I really do wish they would think of a better name. Aside from better graphics there isn't much REVOLUTION in the next-gen consoles.
