video card not working.

My pc turns on, but no video comes onto the screen. I have a mobo that can only use 1.5 volt ones, and on their site they show how to tell by where a notch is. Mine has a notch in both places. I don't have any old ones to test it with.

try putting an old one in there and running it then put the other back in, I did that when I was having trouble and it worked after that, then make sure you have the latest drivers if you can see anything
