+7.2

Hello,

I'm having some real trouble getting my wire/solder to stick to the psone +7.2 spot on the psone screen. I already tried lemon juice. Any one have any ideas ? Is there only one +7.2 spot? THanks.

try the left leg of either 7805 (with the bigger metal part facing up)

did you try on the back of the screen were it is labeled 7.2 in the bottom left corner it shows the spot in the snes handbuilt section

i think its easier to solder to that than the pin

make sure you tin it really well, get it hot so it sticks

There's like 3 spots for 7.2v in, the one on the back, the leftmost pin on the left connector and the small solder pad that connects to it. Try them all!

Yeah, there's a good reason why acid-based fluxes are not used for electronics.

Just say NO to lemon juice!
