Legal question

yeah well now that were on the topic of backups i was wondering i saw this xbox on sell.com one time (or was it ebay) anyways the xbox was premodded with evox and it had 120 games installed on it so i was wondering if that was illegal becuase i thought in order to be able to sell on those sites it all had to be legal equipment but im not sure.

Well I'm not completely sure if thats legal, but if you get the original discs its completely then, You must have the original for it to be a legal backup.

Anyways if you bother to buy the console its pointless to have online games installed as the second you conned to xbox live they'll ban you box and CC.

What I don't like is that you can't have backups of documents, so those episoes of Family Guy you all have stored on your computer are illegal

Technecly, I have almost every episode of south park before the 9 season. I know their illegal but guess what, until I'm told to get rid of them or face a fine I'll keep them.
