Hacking AV cable heads.

Hey! I have a PS1 screen but I need to put it in a N64 to make a N64 portable. Can anyone tell me how to switch the heads for the cables?

You don't have to switch the headers, just look at the top of the forum for PSone screen pinouts.

Are they same on the inside? Why dont the game companys just use straight R/Y/W AV cables? itd be a lot eaiser!. I'm new to this so what do i do with all the little bronze cables and the big ones in the middle?

they dont all use a standard cable because they they lose money when you have to buy a cable for your new system lol im not sure about psone cablers tho

yes. the easiest way to connect it would be to solder wires to the pins on the mobo and solder the other end to either RCA jacks or to the screen pinout
