Video Adjust Board for Hip Gear

I know that people have made new video adjust boards for the Hip Gear does anyone have schematic for it?

Sorry about never searching for pretty anything. I actually saved that to my computer a while back but I don't know what any of it means. What is R11 and C1 I know they are resistors and capacitors but what are their values(or however you tell them apart)?

I am trying to make a new smaller one that will take up less space in my case and have no idea how to do that.
