PSOne hides low signals and static

If you're making a portable you probably need something to watch it on. (Unless you want to guess what's happening in the game, but I wouldn't advise that) Anyway, this forum is your "Hacking a pocket TV/screen" one-stop solution. Share your experiences and knowledge here.

PSOne hides low signals and static

Post by Foxx373 »

I built myslef a crude video scanner, and I want to use my PSOne (Verge) screen, instead of my 2.5" intec. My only problem is the PSOne screen wont show static. It only shows a full signal. This isnt good for hunting down signals. Anyone know a way to keep the screen from blocking out the static (i call it "Signal Blanking")? Any way to have it videw the sginal at all times?

Is it the 1000uF 16V radial aluminum cap slapped on the regulator?
