Stupid school web page...

Ok it's the first day of school, I wake up at 8:00 because im trying to get into the rutene. School starts at 12:30 for me because im in grade 12 this year. So anyways I do all my morning crap and decided, 'hey, since I havn't actuly cheaked to see if school starts today'. So I wander over to my computer, boot it up and hop on over to the schools website. Theres a link called 'First Day School Requirements'. I click it and in big letters across the top it says 'SCHOOL START 2005 / 06'. Now by now im breaking out because its the 7th (and around 8:20 so school would be starting in 10 mins and its a 20 minute walk to my school from my house). I'm running around the house pannicing my ass off untill I decided to cheak the site again, maby it was a mistype. So I log back on, hands shaking in fear, I click on the link and start to actuly READ the page instead of panicing like a wild animal). The first thing it says under the tittle is 'School will be starting on Wendsday, Sept 7th'. The message must have been posted yesterday. So the moral of this story, read the damn webpage more carefully before totaly flippin out and killing things.

Yeah that or... have the school get someone to have info like what day school starts on the page at least one week before that day.

My school (high school) never had that kind of stuff. Reason being that only lke 1/4 of the student populaton have computes and I bet at best half of them had internet.

Baker (college) when you sign up they give you a print out of your classes, tells when classes start, and when the bookstore offers your classes. But you know thats too great an idea of the simple people that run public high school.
