this may seem stupid, but how do you make moving gifs in gimp? i cant figure it out

I think you need to download and install an animation extension for it. Lemme check around to get more info...

EDIT: Nope, I thihnk you make each layer a frame of the animation and then save it as an animated GIF.

There's something called GAP- GiMP Animation Package. You may want to look into it.

as far as i know (not very far), you don't need to install anything to make animations. animate stuff with different layers. go to dialogs :arrow: filters :arrow: animation :arrow: playback to watch it
