the batteries i have together have 7000 maH (thats how yea say mili amps right) so i should get like 3 hours if my math is right cause im doing the psone led mod. well 3.25 to be exact on what i calcutlated
(witch i hope im right thats gana be sweet)
batteries
3.7 volts--- 6000 maH
9.6 volts--- 1000 maH

Yes, just get your average heatsink from Radio Shack. You connect it like this:mikm240 wrote:how should i set up the 7808 just put it on the line does it need to be connected to a heat sink or anything

ok ill give all the info on my batteries and i really need the calculation on my play time
4 lithium polymer batteries (1500 mili amps each)--in parallel (in parallel they should add up mili amps not voltage right?)
9.6 rc car battery(1000mili amps)-------------in series with the 4 lithium polymer (this adds the voltage, and i see why it wouldnt be 7000 mili amps now cause series doesnt add mili amps only voltage.
so i need a answer on it cause im lost on how to calculated it.

Well, I need to know:
a) Approximately how many mA the GC needs to run...
and
b) How many a PSone screen uses (if that is what you're using)...
The equation is:
B / (S + C) = Time
B : Batteries' mA rating
S : Screen's mA usage
C : Console's mA usage
