btw, there is a difference between a nerd and a geek. If you get turned on by new computer hardware, equations, mechanical pencils, lara croft ( ), then you are most likely a nerd. Nerds are usually more of a social outcast than geeks. Most people here are geeks, not nerds.

So what if I'm also intreged by older hardware (16 and 8bit computers) and general video games. I'd name more stuff but I dont think there are many of you that are woodworkers, SCUBA dive or sail (these two are the closest to sports I do).

I dont think I'm a nerd I have some friends not a whole lot but enough I play videogames mess around with computers and electronics but I like other stuff too I used to bmx and skateboard but I realized I was horrible at skating and wasn't that great at bmx I would do sports at school but they have practice every day and since I go to tech school its hard to get rides since everyone is in different towns. I think I am gonna go outside more this year though sitting around on your ass all day really is not healthy and my metabolism slowed down so I can't eat whatever I want and not gain weight so I am gonna get way more active you know lifting weights more and stuff.

I get excited about nerdy things (such as new calculators and stuff) and meet most of those descriptions, and classify myself as a nerd. However, I'm not AS nerdy as some I know. Don't worry, being a nerd isn't that bad.
