Mabye PS1 screen speakers. im not good at telling you sound quality, but I think those are pretty good.

If you want somehting really easy, Sony made some stereo walkman speakers that used their own batterys. So all you have to do is plug them in and that's it.

psone screen speakers would be great. i found speakers just like them in a broken laptop docking bay so they're probably common and standard and easy to find and all that good stuff
