Can use really use a box cutter tyo cut down the coard and if so has anyone tried it.

The board is only made of fiberglass. Just do as Ben had written and score it several times then it should break clean. I didnt use this method, as I have a scroll saw.

Well I have two scroll saws and two band saws but there set up for wood or not set up at all. Oh and the reason I have two of each is my grandpa.

Well I have woodworking blades on my scroll saw I just saw to it that I made the cuts fast as the fiberglass I've heard dulls blads easily.

Well fiberglass isnt plasitc it wont melt, and I didnt see it burn while I was cutting it.

I actually cracked it. I still havent fugure out how. I think the vibrations did it.

Maybe, but is it in a vital area of the board? And if you font drop it or drop things on it it shouldnt break, I would suggest checking the leads you dont want any of them to have be broken.

I just saw this so let me say... I used a xactto knife, scored it a few times, and it worked out fine. Just watch that you dont cut yourself...

Dont you hate it when you slice your self with an xacto knife but it take like 4 minutes to start bleeding

I thought it tastes like iron....wait....cherry soda does kinda have an iron taste to it, but not as much as Ruby Red Grapefruit juice...
