Wow! Even the same colors. It's a very possible lawsuit. Or maybe microsoft stole the 360 look from the brush? :P

No screen yet, but it might come by tomorrow!

I was thinking...X-box should buy these brushes and put their name and logo on it. Kinda like what Nintendo did with the cereal and lunch boxes. :P

... and pens and shoelaces and alarm clocks and wall decals and temporary tattoos and television shows...

:P

I doubt a lawsuit will be filed, because 360 means a full circle (360 degrees equals a circle)

No, numbers can't really be copyrighted, at least as far as I am aware. I believe this was the reason that Intel changed from numbers to names for their processors starting with the Pentium.

AMD and Cyrix had their own 386 and 486es, and even used the SX and DX naming convention, so intel used a copyrighted name on their Pentium so that they could make their processor more unique, I suppose. Otherwise, you couldn't really tell which 386es and 486es were the "genuine Intel products" and which were "the other guys' knockoffs".

Perhaps this has changed in the 12 years since the Pentium's creation, though...

Whoa. I was looking at this, you could be right. It even has the rips off the green circles of the brush for the "Ring Of Light", and the concave Design.
