its not that bad if you are able to hobble over to the computer a post a message. Take some of my advice (ive been injured quite a few times, and my fiancee is a nurse, so i know some crap about medical stuff).
If the cut is deep, dont use peroxide to clean it out. It can cause chemical burns on deep wounds. Use Isopropyl Alcohol (rubbing alcohol). I warn you, its going to HURT. Keep pressure on the wound, try to pinch the skin together so the bleeding stops. Dont tie a tourniquet!! The lack of blow flow to an open wound will cause any infection to set eayly. It wil also kill the sourrounding tissue. The wound will want to bleed, and if there is no blood, it dies. I have had wounds that havent had enough blood flow, and the internal scarring was horrible and painfull. If you loose too much blood, call for help and lay down. I have passed out from lack of blood before, and broke my elbow while stumbling to the floor.

First off, WHY were you using a CHISEL on a remote control?!
But anyways, use ispohrol alcohol or Bactine on it. (alcohol will sting like the blazes). Then go to the hospital and have it stitched up if it's a large or deep wound. It would be best to get a tetanus shot too, because it's caused by iorn oxide, which may have been present on the chisel.
I told you it's probably a couple plastic clips, a small flathead screwdriver would have probably opened it...
