I need some freeware

I need some freeware, I need a swf sound extracter, that makes them into either wavs or mp3's, i've searched for thses, but they all either record part of it, or they record it in bits that can't be combined, i'm lookin for one that just extracts the sound to wither wav or mp3

Use Audacity, it records things.

you might have to convert the swf to an avi or mpg, then extract the audio

I don't want to hijack the thread, but while we are on the topic of freeware, any good suggestions for webcam software? I need one that will let me take pics, and record video in a normal format. If it could let me setup a live webcam that would be cool too!
